Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement

• Greet clients warmly and create a luxurious, welcoming atmosphere.

• Understand client preferences and offer personalized product recommendations.

• Provide detailed knowledge of décor materials, design elements, and usage.

• Build lasting customer relationships to promote loyalty and referrals.

2. Sales and Upselling

• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.

• Present product features, benefits, and styling options persuasively.

• Upsell and cross-sell complementary products to enhance client value.

3. Product Presentation

• Maintain the showroom’s visual appeal to reflect luxury standards.

• Ensure product displays are styled aesthetically and seasonally updated.

• Coordinate with the merchandising team for curated displays and promotions.

4. Expertise in Design and Style

• Advise clients on home styling, space planning, and color coordination.

• Stay current with global design trends and luxury décor innovations.

• Offer consultative support to clients seeking design assistance.

5. Administrative Duties

• Maintain accurate sales records and inventory reports.

• Process customer payments and ensure smooth billing operations.

• Liaise with logistics for timely delivery and installation services.

6. Customer Follow-Up

• Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Share updates on new arrivals, collections, and promotional events.

7. Team Collaboration

• Coordinate with peers and management to drive showroom success.

• Attend regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales strategy.

8. Brand Representation

• Represent Celes'tile with professionalism, poise, and luxury standards.

• Uphold the brand’s premium reputation through exceptional service.
