Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and Develop Partnerships:

  • Scout and establish strategic partnerships with blockchain projects, crypto influencers, exchanges, DAOs, and Web3 startups.

  • Manage the end-to-end process of partner onboarding and collaboration.

• Lead Outreach & Networking:

  • Represent CoinforMania at virtual and in-person blockchain events, conferences, and meetups.

  • Build relationships with thought leaders and key players in the crypto space.

• Monetization Strategy:

  • Identify new monetization opportunities (e.g., sponsored content, token collaborations, ad partnerships).

  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to design revenue-generating campaigns.

• Market & Competitor Analysis:

  • Stay on top of crypto market trends and identify new opportunities for product and community growth.

  • Benchmark against competitors to maintain a competitive edge.

• Pitching & Negotiation:

  • Craft compelling pitches and presentations for potential partners.

  • Negotiate terms and close deals that align with CoinforMania’s strategic goals.

• Internal Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and tech teams to align on growth initiatives.

  • Provide insights and feedback from the field to guide product development.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships – ideally in the crypto, fintech, or tech space.

• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi, NFTs, and Web3 ecosystems.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• Network within the blockchain/crypto industry is a strong plus.

• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).

Preferred:

• Experience working in a startup or early-stage project.

• Previous involvement with DAOs, token communities, or crypto projects.

• Comfort with remote work tools like Slack, Notion, Discord, and Trello.
