Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic fresher to join our Sales & Marketing team in the electrical panel manufacturing domain. The candidate will be trained to understand the technical and commercial aspects of the business and will assist in generating leads, handling client interactions, and supporting business development activities. This is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career in technical sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and contacting potential customers such as contractors, builders, consultants, and industries.

• Learn and understand electrical panel products (LT/HT panels, PCC, MCC, APFC, etc.).

• Support in preparing quotations, proposals, and tender documents.

• Help in coordinating client meetings, site visits, and product presentations.

• Maintain customer database and sales records in Excel or CRM.

• Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing campaigns.

• Assist in follow-up with clients for orders, payments, and documentation.

• Regularly report to senior team members on sales progress and market feedback.

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering

• 0–1 year experience

• Good communication skills – spoken and written (Hindi & English)

• Basic knowledge of electrical systems/components is preferred

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
