We are a Rajkot-based company entering the trauma surgical devices market, looking for a passionate and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to help us grow and establish our footprint.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in surgical/medical equipment sales (trauma-focused preferred) and a strong network of surgeons, hospitals, and distributors. You will play a key role in business development, client relationship management, and market expansion.
Identify and onboard hospitals, surgeons, and healthcare distributors for trauma surgical products
Promote products through in-person visits, demos, and follow-ups
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with incentive-based rewards
Monitor competitor activity (e.g., Nebula Surgical Pvt. Ltd.) and report market trends
Maintain customer relationships and resolve client queries promptly
Assist in creating marketing materials and participate in medical conferences
1–3 years of sales experience in medical/surgical equipment (trauma segment preferred)
Good communication, negotiation, and networking skills
Proven ability to meet targets and grow territory sales
Own vehicle preferred for client visits
