GT Sales Executive – Distribution & Customer Relations
Shalimar Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven GT Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving General Trade (GT) sales, maintaining strong distributor relationships, and identifying growth opportunities to expand our market presence.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the General Trade (GT) segment.
Identify new business opportunities and prospects within assigned territories.
Follow up regularly with distributors to ensure smooth order processing, timely deliveries, and customer satisfaction.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
Implement sales plans and promotional strategies to drive product visibility and market penetration.
Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers and distributors.
Maintain accurate sales records, customer information, and reports.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback from the market and suggest improvements.
Provide post-sales support and resolve any issues or complaints efficiently.
Proven experience in GT sales, preferably in FMCG or distribution-based sectors.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple distributor accounts.
Target-oriented with a passion for exceeding goals.
Proficiency in using sales software or CRM tools is a plus.
Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
