Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competition.
Manage customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
Promote the company’s products/services through various channels (digital, print, in-person).
Coordinate with the design and content team for promotional materials and campaigns.
Track and report on sales performance metrics.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales and/or marketing (minimum 5–10 years preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
