Key Responsibilities:
• Handle WhatsApp and phone enquiries; convert leads into orders.
• Create and publish daily social media content (posts, reels, status updates).
• Maintain customer database & follow-up reminders for repeat purchases.
• Monitor social media engagement (likes, comments, reach).
• Support content shoots and with advance photo/video editing.
• Track competition activities and market trends.
• Improve SEO, Google Maps presence, ratings & reviews.
• Implement customer retention initiatives, loyalty ideas & feedback collection.
• Assist in brand shoots, YouTube content, and new marketing ideas.
• Monitor staff-Customer behavior through CCTV and support training.
• Plan and execute small campaigns, collaborations & promotional activities.
