Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to manage and grow our international and Domestic client base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth across global markets through virtual channels Like LinkedIn, India Mart, Alibaba, and other B2B portals.
The ideal candidate will have experience in virtual B2B selling, strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, qualify and convert international and Domestic leads using online B2B
platforms such as LinkedIn, India Mart, Alibaba, and email campaigns.
• Generate new business by identifying prospective customers and presenter
product/service offerings virtually.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients to ensure long term
engagement.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
and repeat business.
• Understand client needs and propose appropriate products or solution's.
• Maintain accurate records in Excel, online systems and produce reports.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry
developments in international markets.
Preferred Qualification: (But Not Necessary)
• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales or international business development,
preferably B2B.
• Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, India Mart, Alibaba, or
other virtual sales platforms.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
• Ability to manage multiple leads.
• Strong relationship-building stabilises.
• Experience working with international and domes:c buyers.
• Knowledge of export documentation or international trade.
