We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Salesman with 1–3 years of experience in the FMCG industry to drive both in-store sales and B2B selling efforts. This is a remote role with the expectation of periodic client or store visits as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of FMCG products, effective sales techniques, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and business clients.
Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities within assigned territories or market segments
Support and manage in-store sales strategies to boost product visibility and shelf turnover
Establish and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and wholesalers
Conduct virtual and physical sales meetings with B2B clients to understand their needs and offer appropriate product solutions
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust sales strategies
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to the sales manager
Coordinate with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure smooth product delivery and promotion execution
1–3 years of proven sales experience in the FMCG industry
Strong B2B sales background with exposure to in-store retail selling
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
