We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive with a strong background in office or modular furniture sales to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
● Identify and generate leads from corporate clients, architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and institutions.
● Conduct client visits to understand space requirements and propose tailored modular furniture solutions.
● Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations, proposals, and design concepts.
● Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure client requirements are accurately met.
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the industry.
● Participate in tenders, project bids, and negotiations.
● Execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and trade shows to boost brand visibility.
● Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and trends in the office furniture industry.
● Maintain a database of leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM tools.
● Provide regular reports and market feedback to management.
Requirements:
● Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in furniture, interiors, or related industries).
● Strong network with architects, interior designers, real estate professionals, or corporate clients is a plus.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
● Understanding of technical drawings, layouts, or modular systems is an advantage.
● Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
● Knowledge of modular workstation systems, ergonomic furniture, and storage solutions is preferred.
● Experience working with design and production teams.
● Familiarity with design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp) is a bonus.
● Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under minimal supervision.
● Willingness to travel for client meetings.
