Job Summary : We're seeking an experienced and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to lead our sales efforts in the US market. Key Responsibilities : 1. Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue growth targets in the US market. 2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold outreach. 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at top-tier clients. 4. Conduct needs assessments and present tailored solutions to meet clients' business needs. 5. Negotiate and set up appointments, ensuring timely and profitable sales growth. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive sales enablement and customer satisfaction. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge. 8. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, providing regular sales forecasts and pipeline updates.
Requirements : 1. 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the US market. 2. Proven track record of success, with a consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales targets. 3. Strong understanding of the US market, including industry trends, competitors, and customer needs. 4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with C-level executives and other key decision-makers. 5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Preferred but not Mandatory)
Nice to Have : 1. Knowledge of sales methodologies, such as Challenger Sales, Solution Selling, or SPIN Selling. 2. Familiarity with data analytics and sales metrics, including pipeline management, conversion rates, and sales forecasting.
