Job Summary

As a Real Estate Sales Agent at Garg Realty Group, you will be responsible for driving property sales through direct client engagement, field visits, and office coordination. This role demands a blend of strong interpersonal skills, market knowledge, and a results-driven approach to meet monthly sales targets. You will report directly to the Sales Manager and collaborate closely with the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify leads through fieldwork and office-based activities.

- Conduct property site visits and showcase properties to potential buyers.

- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients to understand and fulfill their real estate needs.

- Negotiate sales terms and close deals efficiently.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales progress, and follow-ups.

- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize sales strategies.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Prior experience in real estate sales is preferred but not mandatory.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively both in the field and office environment.

- Strong customer service orientation and target-driven mindset.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure.

- Immediate availability to join is highly desirable.

Compensation & Performance Clause
