Generate and follow up on leads through cold calling, networking, site visits, and digital platforms.
Understand clients’ property requirements and recommend suitable options.
Conduct property tours and presentations to potential buyers.
Negotiate offers and close property sales in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain and update the CRM with client interactions and sales activity.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat and referral business.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, legal, finance) to ensure smooth transaction processes.
Stay updated on local real estate market trends, pricing, competition, and regulations.
