About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in IMT Manesar. The role involves driving sales of EV charging solutions (AC & DC chargers), developing strong customer relationships, and supporting business growth in the rapidly expanding electric mobility sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities in automotive OEMs, fleet operators, real estate, commercial complexes, and government tenders.

  • Generate leads through market research, networking, and field visits.

• Sales & Client Engagement

  • Present and explain product offerings (AC chargers, DC fast chargers, software solutions) to potential clients.

  • Understand customer requirements and propose customized solutions.

  • Handle negotiations, quotations, and closing of sales orders.

• Account Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, service) to ensure timely delivery and installation.

• Market Intelligence

  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

  • Provide feedback to management for product improvements and market strategy.

• Sales Reporting

  • Maintain accurate sales records in CRM.

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets set by management.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Graduate (BBA, B.Com, B.Tech preferred); MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus.

• 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales (EV industry, electrical equipment, or renewable energy preferred).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet targets.

• Willingness to travel across NCR/India for client meetings.

• Knowledge of EV charging infrastructure, electrical products, or renewable energy will be an advantage.
