Job Summary:
The sales and marketing manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and enhance brand visibility for our panel manufacturing business. This role requires a strong understanding of the electrical panel industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Market Analysis & Strategy: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, target markets, and competitive landscapes within the electrical panel industry. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new clients, projects, and partnerships. Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, industry events, and digital outreach.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.
Technical Understanding: Develop a strong understanding of our panel products, specifications, and technical capabilities to effectively articulate value propositions to clients.
Quotation & Proposal Generation: Prepare accurate and competitive sales quotations and technical proposals in coordination with the engineering and production teams.
Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Monitor and analyze sales performance data, prepare regular sales reports, and provide accurate sales forecasts.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
