Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities within industrial sectors such as food, pharma, FMCG, hardware, and manufacturing.
Generate leads through cold calls, field visits, trade shows, digital platforms, and networking.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable pouch packing or automation solutions.
Prepare and deliver technical/commercial quotations, proposals, and presentations.
Maintain strong follow-up with prospects through every stage of the sales cycle.
Coordinate with the internal team for demos, trials, order processing, and after-sales support.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales pipeline, and reports.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
0–1 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in capital goods or machinery sales).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand technical machinery and explain it clearly to customers.
Willingness to travel for client meetings, demos, or trade exhibitions.
Experience in selling automatic pouch packing or filling machines.
Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting.
Knowledge of packaging industry trends.
