• Manage the complete sales cycle – from inquiry to order closure
• Build and nurture relationships with clients across global markets
• Conduct in-person meetings, showroom visits, factory tours, and trade events
• Handle all online communication – emails, virtual meetings, and follow-ups
• Share quotations, product details, and order confirmations
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Represent the brand at trade shows and exhibitions
• Set sales targets, track KPIs, and analyze competitor trends
• Provide regular sales reports to management
🔹 Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the jewellery manufacturing industry
• Proven B2B sales and client management expertise
• In-depth knowledge of jewellery materials, manufacturing, and quality standards
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools, email, and MS Office
