JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our interior design team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to generate and close sales. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their interior needs, and offering tailored design solutions that match their vision and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify, contact, and develop relationships with prospective clients in residential, commercial, or retail segments.
Generate and qualify leads through digital channels including website inquiries, social media, and online campaigns.
Convert online inquiries into consultations and sales by engaging customers through virtual meetings, calls, and chats.
Consultation & Needs Analysis: Meet with clients to understand their space, style, and functional needs.
Presentation & Proposals: Present interior design concepts, product options, and quotes to clients.
Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Project Coordination: Liaise with design and project teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new products or materials.
CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and sales through CRM tools.
