We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to support our business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, developing marketing strategies, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role involves a combination of strategic thinking and hands-on execution in both sales and marketing activities.
Identify potential clients and business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
Negotiate terms of agreements and close deals.
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media, etc.).
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Support in content creation for promotional materials, social media, and websites.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.
Collaborate with the design and product teams for brand consistency.
