Key Responsibilities:
Drive revenue generation through the leasing and sale of commercial and retail spaces.
Manage end-to-end leasing transactions, including sourcing, site inspections, proposal drafting, negotiation, documentation, execution, and registration.
Coordinate effectively with internal departments such as Architecture, MEP, Legal, etc., to ensure seamless execution of transactions.
Maintain regular engagement with IPCs, channel partners, and brokers across various regions.
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and channel partners to foster long-term business growth.
Handle lease registration processes in collaboration with the legal team and government authorities.
Manage and maintain investor relationships across all commercial projects.
Conduct client site visits, ensure smooth deal closures, and handle all transaction-related documentation.
Oversee leasing and RFP processes for upcoming commercial projects.
Ensure Century Real Estate achieves its sales targets from corporate clients.
Identify and categorize corporates based on predefined criteria (sector, business size, staff strength) to tailor offerings and privileges.
Secure empanelment with leading corporate organizations.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure timely delivery of customized marketing collateral.
Design and execute corporate engagement events, seminars, and promotional campaigns.
Organize multi-corporate or intra-corporate events for key stakeholders.
Prepare an annual calendar highlighting major festive and corporate-specific occasions, and plan events around them.
Leverage corporate networks and relationships during new project launches and pre-launches.
Continuously enhance corporate relationship experiences through proactive engagement and support.
