The ISR is responsible for driving sales growth in the assigned territory by visiting 40–50 retail outlets per day, ensuring availability and visibility of products, and building strong retailer relationships to achieve sales and distribution objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Cover 40–50 retail outlets daily as per beat plan.
Book orders from retailers and ensure timely execution through distributor coordination.
Drive secondary sales and ensure monthly targets are achieved.
Ensure product availability, visibility, and placement at all covered outlets.
Implement company schemes, promotions, and display activities at the retail level.
Maintain strong relationships with retailers and address their concerns promptly.
Collect competitor information (pricing, schemes, activities) and share market intelligence.
Ensure no stock-outs at distributor and retailer points.
Submit daily sales/coverage reports and performance updates.

Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in any discipline (10+2 with strong FMCG sales experience can also be considered).
0–3 years of FMCG sales experience (field sales, retail sales, or distributor sales).
· Local market knowledge is a must. Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
