Job Description: Business Development Manager (BDM) – Digital Marketing (Local Market Lead Generation)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Sales:

• Identify and generate leads from local markets for digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media Marketing, PPC, Website Development, etc.).

• Develop new business opportunities by reaching out to local businesses, SMEs, startups, and enterprises.

• Build relationships with potential clients and convert them into long-term customers.

• Market Research & Strategy:

• Conduct local market research to identify potential clients and competitors.

• Develop strategies to target industries in need of digital marketing services.

• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and techniques.

• Client Relationship Management:

• Understand client requirements and pitch suitable digital marketing solutions.

• Handle negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals efficiently.

• Maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.

• Networking & Outreach:

• Attend local networking events, trade shows, and industry meetups to build connections.

• Collaborate with local vendors, agencies, and partners for business growth.

• Reporting & Analysis:

• Maintain and update lead databases.

• Provide weekly and monthly reports on lead generation and conversion rates.

• Work closely with the digital marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or lead generation (preferably in digital marketing).

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to develop and execute sales strategies for local markets.

• Self-motivated and target-driven.

• Knowledge of digital marketing services and industry trends is a plus.

• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
