Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Trainee located in Kolkata. The Sales and Marketing Trainee will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to communication, customer service, sales, training, and sales management to support the marketing efforts of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads

• Explain the company’s services clearly and effectively

• Schedule appointments for meetings with the business development/sales team

• Maintain and update customer databases (CRM) regularly

• Follow up with leads and handle queries promptly

• Provide support in promotional campaigns and client outreach

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi/Bengali

• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

• Prior experience in sales/ customer service will be an added advantage

• Minimum qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent
