Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets through face-to-face meetings, field visits, and client presentations. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and a passion for closing deals in a competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals.
Track all sales activities and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company and its offerings.
Provide feedback and market intelligence to internal stakeholders to help refine marketing and product strategies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in outside sales, field sales, or similar role.
Strong understanding of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
