Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer engagement, strong communication skills, and the ability to convert leads into clients through persuasive and friendly communication over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads and databases.

• Clearly explain Studio Snapink’s services, offers, and packages.

• Understand customer requirements and tailor solutions to their needs.

• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and previous conversations to close sales.

• Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.

• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

• Work closely with the marketing and operations teams for seamless service delivery.

• Provide feedback from customer interactions to help improve services and offers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in tele sales or customer service is a plus.

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Persuasive, confident, and results-oriented attitude.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Fluency in English, Hindi .
