Celestile is hiring an experienced and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Manager to lead showroom operations, drive revenue through retail and project-based sales, and manage a high-performance sales team. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, hands-on showroom experience, and the ability to foster a luxury customer experience while meeting business goals.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or MBA (or equivalent qualification)
Experience: Prior experience in tile and stone showroom sales will be a strong advantage
Age Range: 30 – 40 years

Salary: Based on relevant experience and performance in the interview
Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets by actively managing and motivating the showroom sales team.
Strategically plan and execute initiatives to increase footfall, lead conversion, and revenue.
Set performance standards and KPIs, monitor team progress, and provide coaching as needed.
Oversee the daily functioning of the retail showroom, ensuring high-end service delivery and visual merchandising.
Guide walk-in clients with product recommendations tailored to their project needs.
Manage inventory levels and coordinate with backend teams for stock and display requirements.
Coordinate with the marketing team for brand promotions, local campaigns, and digital outreach.
Develop partnerships with architects, interior designers, and real estate developers for B2B lead generation.
Plan and execute in-store events, client walkthroughs, and brand activations.
Ensure an exceptional customer experience from inquiry to post-sale service.
Address customer queries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and urgency.
Maintain detailed client profiles and follow-up history using CRM tools.
Contribute to the formulation of annual sales and marketing strategies.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences for proactive business planning.
Prepare and present regular reports on team performance and showroom KPIs to senior management.
Experience in tile and stone showroom sales is highly preferred
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage and inspire a sales team
Strategic planning and execution skills
Positive attitude with a pleasing personality and professional grooming
Willingness to stay beyond working hours when necessary to meet deadlines or support clients
Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Telugu (preferred based on location)
Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and showroom POS systems
Customer-first mindset with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
