Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mortgage Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling mortgage products to potential clients, evaluating customer needs, and providing tailored loan solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong understanding of mortgage products and the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Engage Potential Clients: Generate leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, and cold calling.
- Provide Customized Mortgage Solutions: Understand client needs and provide tailored mortgage solutions, explaining the benefits and features of each product.
- Process Loan Applications: Assist clients in completing loan applications, ensuring all required documentation is accurate and submitted in a timely manner.
- Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and financial institutions.
- Meet Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for mortgage products.

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 to 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the home loan or financial services sector.
