Roles and Responsibilities

🔹 Strategic Planning & Execution

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.

• Set short- and long-term sales goals in alignment with company objectives.

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives or executives.

• Allocate sales territories and set quotas for team members.

• Resolve client issues and complaints efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Monitor competitors, market conditions, and product development.
