Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients through channel partners.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs and real estate investors.

• Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.

• Prepare and present detailed investment proposals and ROI calculations.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.

• Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for campaign follow-ups.

• Ensure excellent post-sales service and client satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in investment properties like service/studio apartments or resort rooms.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
