JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead and manage dealership development, order execution, payment collections, and team performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our dealer network, ensuring timely order flow and execution, tracking sales targets, and fostering team growth through training and motivation.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
Ø Travel to various cities based on leads and potential contacts to establish dealerships.
Ø Ensure dealership onboarding aligns with company terms, including agreement formalization and collection of a security deposit.
Ø Propose strategic sales plans focusing on sample products and material rotation to maximize sales and market penetration.
Ø Oversee the order execution life cycle from confirmation to dispatch, ensuring timely planning and delivery.
Ø Set regional and product-wise sales targets.
Ø Track competitor activity and material circulation in the market to propose strategic action plans.
Ø Monitor the frequency and volume of dealer orders.
Ø Follow up on delays or inconsistencies, identify reasons, and coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure timely fulfillment.
Ø Maintain follow-up with dealers and truckload clients to ensure payment adherence as per agreed terms.
Ø Regularly monitor and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure healthy cash flow.
