We are seeking a CRM Executive who will be responsible for managing client communication, handling distributor leads, and ensuring a smooth process flow between internal teams and clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, follow-up ability, and a proactive approach.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage & maintain CRM software with daily updates.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients and distributors.

• Coordinate with the sales team regarding lead status and closures.

• Build strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement.

• Follow up with distributors, verify documents, and maintain records.

• Solve customer queries and ensure timely resolution.

• Prepare daily/weekly reports for management review.

• Assist in marketing activities, proposal follow-ups, and meetings.

• Ensure a professional approach in all communication channels.
