Job Title: Sales Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Export Manager to lead our international sales and export operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in export marketing, a deep understanding of international trade procedures, and excellent communication skills. Should also have a basic knowledge in steel industry and its product This role is crucial for expanding our global market presence, managing all aspects of the export process, and ensuring compliance with international regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Export Marketing & Sales:
• Develop and implement effective export marketing strategies to identify and penetrate new international markets.in stainless steel pipes & tubes or similar products
• Conduct market research to analyse trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners.
• Achieve and exceed export sales targets and revenue goals.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and terms of sale with international buyers.
• Communication & Coordination:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all international business inquiries and communications.
• Provide regular updates and reports on export sales performance, market trends, and operational challenges to senior management.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including production, finance, and documentation , to ensure seamless export operations.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and excellent communication with all stakeholders.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or a professional certification in international trade is a plus.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in an export marketing or international sales role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing export operations and achieving sales targets.
• Extensive knowledge of international trade laws, customs regulations, and Incoterms.
• Skills:
• Exceptional Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate and build rapport with international partners.
• Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills to evaluate market data, identify opportunities, and develop strategic plans.
• Problem-Solving: Proactive and resourceful in resolving complex logistical and procedural challenges.
• Leadership: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and potentially lead a small team in the future.
• IT Proficiency: Proficient in using MS Office Suite and familiar with ERP/CRM systems.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.
