Job Title: Sales Manager
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the event management industry. The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets through the promotion and sale of event planning services, including corporate events, exhibitions, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate, social, and institutional segments.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Prepare customized proposals and presentations based on client needs.
Lead sales meetings, client pitches, and negotiations to close deals.
Collaborate with the event planning and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust sales strategies.
Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and industry gatherings.
Submit regular reports on sales performance to management.
Requirements:
Minimum 6months –4 years of sales experience, preferably in event management, hospitality, or related fields.
Strong understanding of the event planning process and customer needs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Flexible to work evenings or weekends based on event/client needs.
