We are looking for a Sales Manager – Direct Sales to join our team at Sanbro Impetus Pvt. Ltd.
This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building strong relationships with customers, and consistently achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching real estate solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the core responsibilities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹4–5.5 LPA, along with performance-based incentives and career growth opportunities.
Identify and engage new business opportunities through walk-ins, referrals, digital leads, and property exhibitions.
Present and promote real estate projects to potential clients with confidence and clarity.
Conduct market research to understand client preferences and competitive offerings.
Negotiate and close property deals efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and site tours to showcase property features.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client details, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
The minimum qualification for this role is a Bachelor’s Degree, with 1–2 years of direct sales experience (real estate preferred).
Strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to close high-value deals are essential.
Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and digital sales tools is an added advantage.
