5 – 10 years in Renewable Energy / Solar Industry (C&I Segment preferred)
₹10 – 12 LPA (Based on experience & performance)
Drive sales of solar EPC projects in the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) sector.
Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (factories, corporates, warehouses, commercial buildings).
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
Conduct feasibility discussions, present proposals, and negotiate contracts.
Collaborate with design, engineering, and installation teams to ensure project delivery.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and policy updates in the solar sector.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and business performance reviews.
Proven track record of C&I solar project sales (Rooftop / Ground-mounted).
Strong network with industrial/commercial clients in Tamil Nadu.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to handle long sales cycles and close high-value deals.
Graduate in Engineering / MBA (preferred, not mandatory).
