The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and ensuring the company's sales goals are met. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of sales processes.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets.
Manage, mentor, and train the sales team.
Analyze sales metrics and performance data to guide sales strategies.
Set sales goals and motivate the team to achieve targets.
Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.
Maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Prepare regular sales reports for senior management.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in sales and leadership roles (3–5 years minimum).
Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to lead a team and drive results.
Proficient with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
