We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead our field sales operations in the assigned region. The RSM will be responsible for driving sales, achieving revenue targets, managing a team of field sales executives, and ensuring strong market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales growth in the assigned territory and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Territory Sales Executives / Area Sales Managers.
Conduct regular field visits to support team members and build relationships with clients and distributors.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the region.
Execute promotional strategies and ensure effective market penetration.
Prepare and present regional sales reports and forecasts to the senior management.
Ensure timely collections and maintain credit discipline in the region.
