Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Female Sales Manager to lead and manage the sales operations for our Oorjita Armonia Project. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, managing the customer journey, coordinating with marketing teams, and achieving project sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to booking closure.

• Conduct project presentations, site visits, and client interactions.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

• Follow up on leads from various sources including digital campaigns, channel partners, and walk-ins.

• Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional activities and lead nurturing.

• Maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers to ensure repeat and referral business.

• Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and MIS data for management review.

• Oversee and train the on-site sales team to ensure excellent customer experience.

• Handle customer documentation, agreements, and payment follow-ups.

• Stay updated on competitor projects, pricing, and local market trends.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Gender: Female

• Education: Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or any relevant discipline.

• Experience: 2-4 years in Luxury Segments (preferably residential projects, Automobile, etc.,.).

• Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and lead tracking systems.

  • Ability to work under targets and timelines.

• Languages: English, Hindi, and Telugu (preferred).

Work Location & Timings

• Site Office: Oorjita Armonia Project, Budvel – Rajendranagar

• Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (including weekends, with a weekly off on weekdays)
