Primary Role
• To develop the insurance business in the assigned area by supporting the Sales Team.
• Strategic planning for business development of insurance products in coordination with the Sales
head of the region.
• Training of the sales team and advisors on Products, Processes, and Policies as defined by Head
office.
• Relationship building with insurance companies and lionizing for activity management.
• Review of the Sales team on insurance product Sales.
• Activity Planning, Execution, and overall management.
Secondary Role
• Operational Assistance to various mapped branches for logins and issuance.
• Involvement in doing Business Opportunity Presentations for bringing new advisors into the business.
