Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to attract potential clients and close deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers.
• Handle site visits, client meetings, and negotiations to finalize property deals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation, promotional activities, and brand visibility.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process and after-sales support.
• Lead and manage a team of real estate sales executives to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in residential projects.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the Lucknow real estate market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proficient in MS Office.
