We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Corporate Sales Leader to drive B2B sales within the hospitality and luxury travel industry. This role is pivotal in engaging with corporate clients, expanding strategic partnerships, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-end hospitality or travel sales, with the ability to build strong client relationships and position premium travel experiences as a preferred choice for corporate and leisure needs.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and cabin sales targets.
Identify, approach, and build direct relationships with corporate clients across diverse industries.
Establish and maintain a strong network with corporate clients, travel agencies, and key decision-makers.
Drive new business development and expand corporate partnerships to increase market share.
Present tailored value propositions, focusing on corporate travel, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions), and leisure opportunities.
Ensure excellent client servicing by understanding and fulfilling corporate client needs.
Represent the brand at corporate events, trade shows, and industry networking forums to strengthen market presence.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer service, marketing) to ensure smooth execution of client deliverables.
Maintain sales records, pipelines, forecasts, and use analytics to track performance and optimize strategies.
Proven track record in corporate sales within hospitality, travel, or luxury services.
Strong ability to engage and influence senior-level decision-makers across industries.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strategic thinker with a result-oriented approach to revenue growth.
In-depth knowledge of corporate travel trends, sales analytics, and market dynamics.
Work in a high-energy, dynamic, and premium travel environment.
Engage with corporate clients across industries and drive high-value sales.
Play a key role in shaping and expanding the luxury travel and hospitality market in India.

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
Minimum 6 years of experience in Corporate Sales within hotels, airlines, or luxury travel brands.
Strong exposure to B2B / corporate sector with a focus on domestic sales.
