Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Identify, approach, and onboard new vendors/clients.
Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors to ensure repeat business.
Conduct market research to understand competition and customer needs.
Lead sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and share with management.
Collaborate with marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
Train and guide junior sales executives to achieve their targets.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 0-2 years of proven experience in sales or business development.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly sales goals.
Proficiency in MS Office/Excel/CRM tools.
Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.
