Responsibilities:
• Identify and approach potential clients for business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand client needs and pitch suitable marketing and technology solutions.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
• Handle negotiations, proposals, and deal closures.
• Work closely with the marketing and CRM teams to optimize the sales process.
• Track sales performance, generate reports, and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Experience in media, marketing, or technology sales is a plus.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software.
