We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and oversee our sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, setting sales targets, managing key client relationships, and driving business growth through effective team leadership and market analysis.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organizational goals and revenue targets
Identify new market opportunities and customer segments
Forecast sales performance and set individual/team targets
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance targets
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching for improvement
Coordinate with HR for recruitment and training of new sales staff
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Negotiate contracts and close deals with key clients
Resolve customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management
Monitor competitors’ activities and market trends
Use CRM software to track sales activities and performance metrics
Work closely with marketing and product development teams to align strategies
Coordinate with logistics and finance teams to ensure smooth post-sale operations
