We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in real estate sales, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to lead a sales team to achieve business growth. This role requires a blend of strategic planning, client relationship management, and execution to drive revenue.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and stakeholders.
Conduct site visits, property presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.
Ensure compliance with company policies, RERA regulations, and industry standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
3–5 years of proven experience in real estate sales or property development.
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a sales team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Good understanding of real estate market trends, pricing, and legal aspects.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
