Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy & Planning

   • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.

   • Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.

   • Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.

2. Team Leadership & Management

   • Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff to achieve performance goals.

   • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.

   • Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.

3. Business Development

   • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.

   • Negotiate and close business deals to increase company revenue.

   • Represent the company at trade shows, events, and networking opportunities.

4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

   • Track sales metrics, analyze trends, and prepare reports for management.

   • Monitor competitor activities and market conditions.

   • Recommend changes to improve sales performance and market positioning.

5. Customer Relationship Management

   • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through quality service.

   • Handle escalated client issues and resolve them promptly.

   • Maintain a customer database and ensure proper follow-up.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

• Ability to analyze data and market trends.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
