Project Head / Director – Chatori Gali
The Sales & Operations Executive will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day functioning of Chatori Gali stalls, managing stall operators, ensuring hygiene and quality standards, enhancing customer experience, and achieving targeted sales growth through effective brand partnerships and local outreach.
· Sales & Business Development
· • Identify and onboard suitable food brands/stall operators in line with the Chatori Gali theme
· • Regularly follow up with prospective vendors, conduct site visits and pitch leasing opportunities
· • Develop and execute strategies to increase footfall and overall stall revenue
· • Manage rental agreements and collections as per defined timelines
· Operations Management
· • Ensure daily operations run smoothly including cleanliness, crowd control, and stall readiness
· • Coordinate with municipal authorities and other departments for permissions, cleanliness, and safety
· • Monitor and ensure all stalls follow hygiene, safety, and quality standards
· • Maintain attendance and performance tracking of stall staff/operators
· Customer Engagement & Event Coordination
· • Plan and execute small cultural events/festivals to boost engagement
· • Handle customer grievances and ensure a welcoming atmosphere
· • Coordinate promotional activities with marketing partners
· Reporting & Compliance
· • Maintain daily sales and operational logs
· • Submit regular reports on occupancy, stall performance, and issues
· • Ensure adherence to all licensing, municipal, and fire safety norms
• Graduate in Hospitality, Business Management or relevant field
• 2-5 years experience in operations, sales, or facility/event management (F&B preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Hindi & English
• Ability to manage vendors, frontline workers and handle public-facing issues
• Flexible to work in evening hours/weekends during special events
• Experience in food courts, mall kiosks, or event-based F&B operations
• Prior coordination with government/municipal bodies is an added advantage
