We are looking for a motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and drive our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing strategies, managing a team of sales executives, and ensuring excellent customer service in the process of selling residential or commercial real estate properties.
Lead, train, and manage a team of real estate sales executives.
Set monthly/quarterly sales targets and ensure the team meets or exceeds them.
Plan and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews with team members.
Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Manage client relationships and provide end-to-end property consultation.
Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns.
Monitor real estate market trends and provide competitive insights.
Organize site visits and property tours for potential clients.
Maintain accurate sales records and report to senior management.
Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in residential/commercial projects.
Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of local property laws and market trends.
Goal-oriented with a strong track record of closing deals.
Dynamic personality with the ability to inspire and drive a team.
Flexible to work on weekends and extended hours, if required.
