Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result – oriented sales Manager  to lead and drive our Loan products in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Business Loan and Personal Loan with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Drive Sales of Business loans and Personal Loans in the assigned territory

·         Identify and onboard new channel partners and clients.

·         Manage and monitor the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets

·         Maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals

·         Monitor market trends and competitor activities

·         Ensure compliances with internal policies and regulatory requirements

·         Prepare regular reports on sales performance and strategy

Candidate Requirements:

·         Minimum 3+ years of experience required in sales of Business Loans and Personal Loans

·         Strong local market knowledge of Jaipur and surrounding areas

·         Excellent communication skills, negotiation and leadership skills

·         Ability to meet and exceed targets under pressure

·         Self motivated and driven to achieve results.
