Lead and manage a team of real estate sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to meet business goals.
Handle walk-in clients, site visits, and close sales effectively.
Maintain a strong understanding of the local real estate market and project offerings.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.
Train and mentor the sales team; monitor performance and provide feedback.
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

2–5 years of proven experience in real estate sales, with at least 1 year in a team leadership role preferred.

Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
